Social Return on Investment
For companies that have an SROI (Social Return On Investment) obligation, Breen is the right partner.
We were awarded the PSO certificate step 3 (Social Enterprise Performance Ladder) bye PSO-Nederland, on June 1st, 2017. In 2019, we additionally received the PSO 30+ ABW certificate. We have been passing the requirements for renewal of those certificates ever since.

Social Enterprise
Breen is a social enterprise. Apart from delivering good work to our customers, our goal is to contribute to an inclusive society, giving people with an employment disadvantage the opportunity to develop. In doing so, together we increase their prospects of a rewarding, paid job.
This means that Breen always has some interns and/or Employees placed through Social Services. With us, these people can gain experience with work processes, build up a (weekly) rhythm, get experience with colleagues and discover and strengthen talents together.
